How To Get Involved and Make an Impact in Cat Rescue in NE Ohio?

Mermisto

Bow She-Ra Seahawk

Emily Sheets joined our team of amazing foster caregivers in 2024. She helped care for a heavily pregnant cat named Wisteria (also up for adoption at the Brooklyn Pet Supplies Plus) that came from th Euclid Beach Mobile Home Park that has since closed it's doors. Wisteria had seven healthy babies and Mermisto and his siblings are still looking for homes. Emily will be bringing them to meet you at our event on December 7. Details below

Katie Evert and her family decided to give back in their community of Brunswick by helping us care for our adoptable kitties inside the Brunswick Pet Supplies Plus. She then started to be a foster caregiver, too. Charlie is one of he feline fosters and he is hoping to find his forever home soon. He and two other cats came to us when Elvira Bellegoni, founder of Ohio Paws With Purpose, passed away.

Elvira Bellegoni had a passion for helping. She not only had a love for helping humans, but also made an impact on our four-legged friends. She founded the Willowick Food Pantry that grew and became Ohio Paws With Purpose. She also fostered cats from Euclid Beach Cat Project a few years ago. She is loved by many. We wanted to help honor her by finding her beloved cats the best homes.
